6,57,870 villages. For 4,56,712 of them we can compare the Census 2011 count against the 2020 Mission Antyodaya survey and show the change. For the rest we say why we can't.

Why “change measurable” is not 100%. In about 15% of villages the 2020 survey simply restates the Census 2011 population, so nothing was actually measured. We exclude those rather than print a growth rate of zero. Read the method.
